Jewellery and Fashion Accessories Production by Binder Jetting AM: From Lab Tests to Full-Scale production

Mattia Lago – Mattia Trentin

The presentation represents the third chapter in a series of contributions dedicated to Binder Jetting technology and follows on from the work presented at JTF in 2023 and 2024. It will provide a detailed overview of case studies involving different types of objects, with particular emphasis on improving design and layout for the printing and sintering stages of the BJT process, as well as on optimising the production process in relation to increasing batch sizes The presentation will also address considerations related to costs and time-to-market.
